TSB Cancel Application

Hey,
I can't find anywhere to cancel my application for switching a current account with TSB but can't find anywhere to do it. More so I can't even log in to contact anyone because my account has actually been opened yet. It says after 28 days they will cancel the application which is fine, but I want to switch to another current account (First Direct) in the meantime instead of waiting 28 days.
Does anyone know if there will be any complications with switching a current account in the meantime?

Give them a ring. They don't have a secure messaging facility, so it doesn't matter you can't log on to contact them.0
