Anyone Done Part-Ex with Taylor Wimpey?

I am currently in the process of part-exing with TW, mortgage is done, survey done, part-ex price agreed.
However, I am extremely twitchy as I am told by my solicitor that TW's contract to buy my place will include a number of non-negotiable clauses which would allow TW to withdraw up to 6 weeks following exchange of contracts. Worse, if TW invoked one of those clauses I would still be obligated to buy the new place from them.
Just wondered if anyone has gone through the part-ex process with TW & knows what these mystery clauses are?
