Solicistors cost for claim: £50

They appear not to have claimed for the original PCN which would take this to over £300.

What is a warrant issue fee? What is a Judgement cost? Have they paid these amounts? Can they produce invoices for them?

If they have not then they may be trying to obtain monies to which they, until a judge decides otherwise, have no entitlement, FRAUD?

Why not send a copy to the SRA

and ask if these charges a kosher.

Well that lot doesn't come to £202! Who's doing the maths?

To whom does the letter instruct you to pay the amount?

Is the letter headed up 'Letter Before Claim' (please tell us exactly what their header says)?

Sorry the other £2 was for solicitors cost of issue of warrant.

    The header says 'final reminder'

I can perhaps upload the letter and hide sensitive information?

    Thanks

No need to link any image.

That sounds more like a debt collection letter and can be ignored. Then wait and see what their next move is.

Tell me how you think you'll get a CCJ?

Have you complained to the landowner and ask their help to get this cancelled.

So the warrant issue fee is £2.0 and the charge £100. Please try to be more accurate in future.
