Buyer accepted partial refund to close dispute - now changed mind

I sold an item on eBay (as a private seller) and the buyer contacted me saying they weren't happy with it and asked for a partial refund, I said fine, as it had already been used and I couldn't re sell it as new.
I asked them to open a return request and proceeded to offer the partial refund through the official channels, which they accepted and the return request was closed.
This morning (a week later) I wake up to an email from PayPal informing me that she had opened a not as described claim with them and now wants to return it for a full refund (and a note saying she has changed her mind and now wants to return it for a full refund).
Obviously I'm not happy with this as she accepted and I paid, a partial refund to put the matter to bed.
What will PayPal do if I refuse the return and submit screenshots of eBay messages of her agreeing to, and me issuing a partial refund through the eBay resolution centre?
Thank you
Lottie

The unhappy (and unfair) reality is that they will almost certainly find in her favour.0

You've already admitted it was not as described by giving a partial refund.0

AS above really, partial refunds seem to encourage poor buyers.
Speak to paypal though, they are often very good on the phone, but if they advise you to go ahead with the claim then buyer will have to pay to return the item at their own cost, plus of course they can only reclaim the balance that is left from the original payment.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Ok, not the answer I was hoping for, but thank you for the responses - I have accepted the return.0
