Wouldn't that be difficult seeing as Egg no longer exists?!

There are very few reports of ANY Bank being taken to court. Not a recommended course of action unless you have very compelling documentary evidence of wrong-doing.Do you have this? If so, why was your complaint rejected?

I imagine the OP means the Canada Square operation. :)

I know, I was being facetious. It's an important distinction for the OP to realise though if he's going to be handing out court claims.

The FOS are more consumer friendly than the courts. Courts are more evidence based. So, what evidence do you have to present the court that the FOS would not consider sufficient to rule in your favour?

Not really. Egg Banking Plc still exists. It has simply changed its name to Canada Square Operations Ltd, and making a whacking loss thanks to 'customer remediation' costs.

The legal entity Egg Banking Plc no longer exists and if you read my second post you will see why I made my first post.
