There are very few reports of ANY Bank being taken to court. Not a recommended course of action unless you have very compelling documentary evidence of wrong-doing.Do you have this? If so, why was your complaint rejected?hi, has anyone taken Egg to the small claims court after an unsuccessful PPI claim? tia
I imagine the OP means the Canada Square operation.Wouldn't that be difficult seeing as Egg no longer exists?!

I know, I was being facetious. It's an important distinction for the OP to realise though if he's going to be handing out court claims.Moneyineptitude wrote: »I imagine the OP means the Canada Square operation.

The FOS are more consumer friendly than the courts. Courts are more evidence based. So, what evidence do you have to present the court that the FOS would not consider sufficient to rule in your favour?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
