Amazon have withdrawn £79.00 from my bank. This was cancelled on 17th March 2017 I got confirmation email to confirm this and kept. They are saying can't see this email. What are my rights please?
In my mind someone from Amazon has gone in and set it up.
Had reply from them. Gets better read their reply. https://twitter.com/AmazonHelp/status/868013286612193280
To cancel a membership I didn't have they will charge me £7.00

I would just like to say that I think your responses on Twitter are outrageous.farquarpigmix wrote: »Amazon have withdrawn £79.00 from my bank. This was cancelled on 17th March 2017 I got confirmation email to confirm this and kept. They are saying can't see this email. What are my rights please?

You should be asking for help rather than abusing someone who is trying to help you.0 -

Agree. The sad part being that generally once something gets on social media the customers who shout and abuse the 'loudest' tend to get what they want.0 -
Unfortunately, some unscrupulous people have learned this very quickly. To be honest, I don't know why the companies concerned attach so much importance to such tirades of abuse-especially when the complaint has little validity.RoonilWazlib wrote: »Agree. I find twitter is especially great for contacting firms - but you've got to do it via private messages. Publically 'outing' a firm for bad service won't get you help and you come across as a Twitter loon
Sainsbury's recently helped us out when my son found a big bone in a fish finger, and Costa are currently helping us after a mix-up (theirs) with a voucher.
Twitter is powerful, but don't be a tool about it. Amazon customer services are usually great so I wouldn't bother taking it to twitter. I bet the OP has used their Prime service in the time since they had it applied to their account, and that's what the £7 is about.0 -
Your reply is pathetic. In my eyes its theft.
In my eyes you are very rude.0 -
It would've perhaps been more correct if you had said:farquarpigmix wrote: »To cancel a membership I didn't have they will charge me £7.00For using a service I didn't have they will charge me £7.000 -
Yes first be polite in an open message as you need them to follow you before you can chat over private message.ringo_24601 wrote: »I find twitter is especially great for contacting firms - but you've got to do it via private messages.0 -
