Has any one ever opened an eBay seller’s account with a nationwide cash card?

If you have how I ant sure if it’s possible

    Sounds to me like it's a ATM card only... the kind of thing I had when I was a teen. You can't use them in shops.

    If that's it, no, I don't think it would be possible.
