The ppc is Corporate Services and the "offence" took place last year. Any thoughts?

Thanks for confirmation. As Johno says, they are currently not litigious, but neither were ParkingEye 3 years ago, now they issue 25,000 court documents each year. Corp Services are not one of the 'big boys' like PE, but the foregoing is to illustrate how things can quickly and dramatically change.

They have 6 years to pursue you through the courts.

Not quite so straightforward, it should be, but there have been judges who have decided to ignore any PoFA non-compliance.

If that is the case, then they should be called to account. CC Judges are usually retired solicitors at the bottom of the judicial ladder, scale, probably far less qualified than many architects, Civil Engineers, or vets, I do not know why they are held in such high esteem

If a CCJ makes a bad deceision complain about it, write to the Courts Department, and the Ministry of Justice, if the judge has made duff decisuons in the past they may know about them.
