The ppc is Corporate Services and the "offence" took place last year. Any thoughts?
They have 6 years to pursue you through the courts. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not quite so straightforward, it should be, but there have been judges who have decided to ignore any PoFA non-compliance.
If that is the case, then they should be called to account. CC Judges are usually retired solicitors at the bottom of the judicial ladder, scale, probably far less qualified than many architects, Civil Engineers, or vets, I do not know why they are held in such high esteem
If a CCJ makes a bad deceision complain about it, write to the Courts Department, and the Ministry of Justice, if the judge has made duff decisuons in the past they may know about them. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
