Passport Office.

Thumbs up for the Passport Office. Sent 2 passports for renewal last Tuesday and they were hand delivered tonight. Used the Post Office check and send service and had a confirmation they had been received there Thursday.

When I renewed my passport in Dec 2015, it took less than a week for my new passport to be sent. Given the Christmas post, I thought this was very good service.
I didn't use the Post Office check and send service though, just sent it all in the post as Signed For.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Last time I used check and send - about this time last year I think - I had my new passport in less than a week as well. Very good.0

Tried to but the site took one look at my pictures and said "Could not find a head" Considering we to oodles of pictures against different backgrounds it was a dead loss. Have a look on the Overseas Travel board, where this has been discussed at length.0 -
I just used the online system to renew a couple of passports. Quite easy to do, the new passports came yesterday after about 10 days. Which I think is very good service.0
