Help!! Scammed?

Dear All,
This is my first time posting anywhere, but am in need of assistance. I ordered an item from China, and after a few days arrived in the U.K.
Royal Mail had prccoessed the item, but some details were not filled in correctly so is being sent back to the sender (In China, which I find strange as the refund address is in Canada??). I have contacted the sender, who was very responsive before this discovery, but is now ignoring me.
What actions can I take ?

It would help if you told us where you purchased the item and how you paid for it.Pants0

Edit : I found out it was being sent back to China because of missfilled information by calling Royal Mail customer services. Very good service, who apologised for the incovience. He said no action can be taken from their side, and that I must contact sender.0

Hi, I ordered from AnarchyState(dot)com as I was looking for a gift for my cousin.
The checkout process was via shopify, and I used a visa debit.
Sorry as a new user I am unable to post links .0 -

shopify is only the website system they use.
it looks like a fake site as it seems a small t-shirt costs £2.449659314474,708e+31 GBP
But that fact is the declaration was not complete so it would be returned to sender, this would even happen if you purchased say something from Macys in USA and they did not complete the paperwork0 -
No address, no phone number (that I can find) would never order from them. Sorry but I think that may be the last you see of your money. Just seen a trustpilot review, not good.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

If you had paid by credit card you have a chance to get back the cost and make sure you block the card immediately.0

Contact the bank that issued your debit card and request a chargeback for the undelivered goods

It is dropshipping scenario.
In this case the seller is in Canada, but he has a website and dropships from a supplier in China, so he does not hold any stock.
so you order from his site and pays him, he them orders the item from his supplier and pays them and keeping the difference, the supplier will then ship the goods directly too you in either plain packaging or in the name of the seller, so yes if the declaration form is not completed, then it will be returned to where it was send from.0
