Ticket refund for rescheduled concert HELP PLEASE

Hi I can't make the rescheduled Take That concert tomorrow but Amazon won't refund the tickets via cheque cos I don't have the original card it is with a debt management plan.
Is there any other way I can get a refund?
It's for 4 tickets so it's over £400 I can't afford to lose.
Ps the cost of the tickets isn't included in the DMP. The bank card got cancelled cos we have other debts with that bank.

Maybe if you report the card lost to your bank, they'll cancel it and you can tell Amazon that the card doesn't even exist any more?Got into a payday loan cycle at Uni. :mad: Started DMP April 2017. Current debt: £8,038.12. DFD November 2021 but hopefully sooner with a payrise September 2017.:beer:0
