The last MoneyTips email I received was on September 14th. Is this correct, or have others been sent since?

I'm just wondering if our company spam filter was being a bit over-zealous, as I am also expecting a registration confirmation email from another site, and that hasn't arrived either!

Any and all info appreciated!

Right, it looks as though our spam filter is blocking the emails >:(. Who knows what bargains I may have missed out on, maybe I should sue the company...!??

i missed some earlier this year, but so were other people apparently. as its only you seems it'll be your spam filter, but you can always read it on here its in the left hand corner. ;D

I've now sorted it out. As I suspected, the company spam filter was blocking the emails. The domain name has been added to the 'Trusted' list, so fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Hi all,

We find that automatical filtering by email programs is one of the prime causes of the Money Tips email not getting through to the recipient's inbox.

We encourage everyone who either stops receiving them when they had done previously, or signs up and doesn't receive the initial one to check their spam and filtering options with their email client to ensure that it hasn't been redirected.

Although we are frankly outraged that any email client could consider our tips spam
