Well done, that is exactly the place I want to get myself and my partner to, other than mortgage I intend to get, and remain credit free with savings in place - well done for doing it

I don't think the poster meant any offence, he is just referring to the facts that a lot of people don't learn their lesson, but I also feel he needs to be aware that people posting here, are likely to be those that either have, or like myself - are learning their lessons right now.
