And accidentally moved £400 into a MasterCard CC by mistake.:rotfl:
I have had the CC for 20 + years, and it doesn't show on Experian or Noddle.
Is it safe for me to withdraw the £400 in cash or is there any possibility that will affect my credit profile/history?
I plan to apply for a mortgage in the next 6 months.
And yes, I'll be more careful next time
Thanks for any advice.

I would ask the card issuer to refund it. If you try to withdraw you will pay cash advance fees and will no doubt show up on your credit files.0 -
Cant you use the card until the £400 it used? Or am I missing something here?Dwy galon, un dyhead,

It's to pay for hay - farmers don't take credit cards.0

As Mable suggested, ring 'em up and they should refund it if it's resulted in a surplus (ie they owe you) on the card0

If you have now a positive balance on the card, ask for a refund, either by bank transfer or cheque.
If you do not have a positive balance, i.e. you paid more than you had intended but you still have outstanding monies on the card, then you probably will be stuck with the payment.0 -
Thanks all.
I owe more on the card, not a positive balance.
Pants! :rotfl:
Guess I'll have to raid a savings account to buy the hay my hooved minions demand.0 -
