No worries! If you go on my user name and click on 'send a private message' you can basically email me privately without everyone else seeing your email details etc.. hope that makes sense! I will then refer you to A and L. (Have been a customer since the summer and well chuffed so far with their 0% overdraft compared to my old HSBC a/c at 19.9%!!!)
