Cricket Competition 1 – England V South Africa at Emirates Old Trafford on 5th August 2017 Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises:
a) Standard class return rail travel from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Manchester, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the hotel;
b) Return private transfers between the Manchester train station and the hotel;
c) Two nights’ accommodation for two at Hilton Garden Inn at Emirates Old Trafford on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a Courtyard Room (nights of 4th August 2017 and 5th August 2017 – checking out from the hotel on 6th August 2017). Check in on 4th August from 3pm with no access to the ground to watch the match on the 4th. Check out on the 6th by 12 noon;
d) 2 x Three Lions Package hospitality tickets to the England v South Africa 4th Investec Test Match at Emirates Old Trafford on Saturday 5th August 2017, including:
1. Breakfast roll and tea and coffee on arrival
2. Three Course lunch
3. One complimentary drink per person (draught beer, house wine or soft drink)
4. Afternoon tea
5. Point balcony viewing or premium reserved hospitality seating area
6. Official programme and scorecard

2) The prize is on set dates and must be taken between 4th and 6th August 2017. The cricket tickets are for 5th August 2017 only. No other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that the prize winner and/or their companions are available to travel on these dates in order to take the prize. Entrance to Emirates Old Trafford is subject to venue restrictions – please refer to the Lancashire County Cricket Club website for specific venue restrictions http://www.lccc.co.uk/lccc/terms-conditions/ ;
3) If the match does not take place for any reason (such as but not limited to poor weather or because the game has finished), the prize winner can still take the accommodation for two at the hotel on the dates specified, but no alternative match tickets or hospitality will be provided.
4) The prize winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
5) Where the prize winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking the prize. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
6) The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferable.
8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
