    Edit your post to remove any identifying information. The PPCs monitor these forums and could use comments against you.
    I have admitted my acknowledgement of service (AOS) and now have 33 days to draft my defence letter
    You have 33 days from the date of issue on the court claim form.
    I have not responded to the Letter Before Claim letter therefore does this mean they have won by default?
    Certainly not.
    Please can you provide any advice
    Read the NEWBIES sticky thread post #2 and the links included. It tells you everything you need to know to build your defence and gives examples of what good looks like. Read it more than once.
