You have 33 days from the date of issue on the court claim form.I have admitted my acknowledgement of service (AOS) and now have 33 days to draft my defence letter
Certainly not.I have not responded to the Letter Before Claim letter therefore does this mean they have won by default?
Read the NEWBIES sticky thread post #2 and the links included. It tells you everything you need to know to build your defence and gives examples of what good looks like. Read it more than once.Please can you provide any advice0
