Decorating and Plastering

I have received a quote for decorating two rooms and doing a bit of plastering where some tiles and woodchip have been removed. Room 1 is 20m2 and Room 2 is 5m2, ceilings are 2.5m high. What do you think?

Room 2

Materials - fast set filler, readymix filler, caulk, blackbags, 10l white matt emulsion, 2.5 white acrylic primer, 2.5l undercoat, 2.5l satinwood, box of wallpaper paste
