I have received a quote for decorating two rooms and doing a bit of plastering where some tiles and woodchip have been removed. Room 1 is 20m2 and Room 2 is 5m2, ceilings are 2.5m high. What do you think?

Decorator to prepare & paint 3 walls - 2 coats, customer supplying paint
Decorator to prepare & paint bare woodwork white - 3 coats

Room 2
