This is just a general query regards professional drivers and their private car insurance.
If you have an accident in a company owned vehicle, HGV, PCV, Taxi etc, do you have to declare that accident when insuring your own personal vehicle ?

Yes, unless specifically asked otherwise.💙💛 💔0 -
Yes, your personal insurer will ask (something to the effect of) "have you had any accidents in the last 5 years?" and obviously the truthful answer to that question will be "yes".
It won't affect your personal no claims bonus (which is linked specifically to your personal policy), but it may have an effect on the price of your personal policy in spite of your NCB.0
