Anyone else experiencing no contact from "privateparkingappeals.co.uk"?

Hi all,
I'm curious if anyone has had any recent dealings with privateparkingappeals.co.uk?
Ive used them in the past and they were great - communication was on point, talked me through the process and eventually got me off from paying the PCN..
I've recently (Feb 2017) requested their service for two tickets I received. I was sent an email from their secretary with a letter of authority attached (I signed and sent these back). Also was given my file handlers email to discuss further...
I have only received one email from my file handler (chasing the already signed documents) - this was on the 27th Feb.
I have continued to send copies of letters I have been receiving (debt collectors etc) and sent multiple requests for an update, even sending emails back to the secretary in hope of at least acknowledgement.. Sadly i have not heard from them at all!
Is anyone else struggling with contact with this company?
My girlfriend also has an outstanding file with them, has left multiple voice mails and also sent chase emails...(they claim email is their preferred method of contacting them on the voicemail??)
Im getting concerned as the letters are getting more and more frequent and the charges keep rising..

Which parking company are you dealing with? For £0, you can fight it here with our help. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The parking company is Excel Parking Services - they operate in my work car park.
I have a feeling I might need to start reading through the newbie thread.. Just feel disappointed as they ask for payment up front and they were amazing the first time I used their service..0 -

They have a disputes policy. Have you tried complaining officially as per their terms and conditions?0

I'm not sure whether they will deal with appeals to an IPC operator. Excel is an IPC AOS member.

Trouble is, the OP seems to have paid money to them so why is there no refund ????0 -
How did you pay parking appeals? Go to paypal or whoever and ask for a refund. Explain that you have paid for a service and the company has not provided it, and is not responding to you.
If it's a credit or debit card, ask for a chargeback, as I'm guessing the bill was less than £100, so you're not eligible for a section 75 refund.
You will get plenty of help here to fight the parking charge, and many of us have been successful. Unfortunately, the downside is that you need to spend some time getting to grips with the issues, so spend the Bank Holiday weekend doing this.0 -
the OP has signed a " letter of authority" giving the company full rights to act for him , all paperwork should be fowarded , and the OP should let them sort it.
acting on his own , or allowing other people to assist will mean the OP has broken his contract with them ,
in fact by simply asking on here , has probably achieved this .
continual posting or bad mouthing the company could result in a court claim against the OP
several people in the past have done this (complained) on pepipoo , and at the time the company owner retaliatedSave a Rachael
