in House buying, renting & selling
I have recently sold my house and the management company want £300.00 to complete a management pack for the buyers solicitor . I am told that if this is not included then the house cannot be sold . What a rip off has anyone had any similar experiences with this company or similar .

    We switched to Urban Owners to help manage our block about 3 years ago, and I have to say I've been very impressed with their services.

    The previous agent charged £150 for a management pack, and when I bought my flat took 4 weeks to pull it together and it was missing half the info needed.

    Not uncommon to hear of them charging a lot more. As G_M says, these are standard now.
