Pps parking fine

On Sunday morning I used a private car park which iv used before , I brought a ticket and came back well within the time to find I'd got a parking charge notice for £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days.
I reversed into the space not noticing the signs saying reserved for a company , I paid for a ticket so should I pay ? I just didn't see the sign until I returned my fault I know

    It is not a fine.

Please start by editing your post to remove information abut who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper. Parking scammers read these fora and posters often give away enough information for the scammers to identify them. (Specific dates, times, location, and the words I parked or similar are a dead giveaway.)

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the relevant appeal template you will find there. If you received a windscreen ticket, don't send the appeal too early, but don't miss the appeal deadline either.

Please also confirm the name of the parking company as there are several with similar initials, and knowing which one will determine which NEWBIES template to use.
For example, was it Phoenix Parking Solutions (IPC member) or Private Parking Solutions (BPA member)?

If you didn't see the signs, then they weren't prominent Why then would you think this was the driver's fault.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

Where do we ever tell anyone to just pay?

Hope you have by now read 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' which is at the top of the forum to help people and to stop too many queries about the basics, like appeal, so we don't get too many threads to handle every day.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
