Can anyone recommend a remote control for an iPad Air2 that will operate the video recording function remotely?
The only one I found online that specified video recording as well as taking photos was a Fintie, but that model doesn't seem to be available in this country.
Thanks.

I'm afraid a selfie stick won't do the job, as it's to videorecord practice performances of an AmDram group I'm in.
It has to work to a distance of around 15ft or so.(I just lurve spiders!)

Can't afford an Apple Watch anyway.(I just lurve spiders!)

Thanks for that, but I really am looking for a separate remote control.
I don't have another Apple device that I could use in the situation I need it for (#4).(I just lurve spiders!)

I have a little Bluetooth contraption called iTech Smartphone & Tablet Remote Shutter which cost me £3. Compatible with Android 4.2.2 and iOS 6.0 and newer. It can be used for starting and stopping video recording on an iDevice if the camera app is started first and set to video. If that's not done first it takes single still shots. Claimed 10 metre range (usual for Bluetooth).0

Thanks! That might do, and is cheap enough if it doesn't do!
(I even popped into my local Apple Store today, to ask if they had/knew of one, but they didn't. Not impressed!)
I'll look into that!
Edit.Tried to order one but they are all out of stock.
