Buildings Insurance for freehold flats?

Hi there.
I'm hoping that someone is in the know about this subject and can point me in the right direction.
My flat is a little unusual in so much that its an old house converted into 3 flats and I own the freehold of the whole building. The other 2 flats are owned by leaseholders. I organise the buildings insurance for us all and currently our broker is Higos, who insure us with Zurich.
We have always found it quite difficult to find companies that do this kind of insurance, so we always end up renewing with Higos, but the price keeps climbing and we would like to find some other quotes to ensure that its competitive. Does anyone know of any companies or brokers who could quote us for this?
Any Moneysaving help would be much appreciated!

I have a leasehold flat, the lady who owns the downstairs flat (and the freehold!) sorts out the buildings insurance via Norwich Union. It is via a broker but as far as I know it's never been a problem!0

Any decent insurance company will do property owners cover like this.
Any decent insurance broker should be able to find the cover. If not they are simply not trying. Avoid the likes of Swinton who are not really geared up for this. Check out brokers who are members of BIBA (British Insurance Brokers Association).
Towergate (who seem to have a scheme for everything) may have a branch near you. Take a look at http://www.towergaterisksolutions.co.uk/Default.aspx?page=950
