is there a limit to the number of words you can post here?

Most vbb boards have a limit on chars to prevent people from using malicious software to crash the board. The figure is configurable by the site owner.
The figure is plenty good enough to get your questions and answers across. You won't be out-typing bowlhead.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). thanks for getting back. I have typed in my actual message twice and each time it has just disappeared into the ether.....

I'd suggest that you type it elsewhere then copy and paste it here. And if it is so big that you're coming up against a word limit then I'd strongly recommend cutting it down because nobody will read it if it's that big.
Edit: OK, I see you have posted successfully, and it's not excessive so it wasn't a word limit that caused your problem.0
