Up now to £25 per person!

Going to Krakow in a couple of weeks so going to pay the £3 each for Security Fast track. With the 30 mins or so later we'll be able to leave, we'll have breakfast at home then just turn up closer to boarding time.

Generous enough hand luggage allowance so no need to allow time to check in bags.

Is the fast track arranged through the airport?

Yes, you can pre-book it from their website for £3 each. OR buy it at the airport

The lounge is a lot better than it used to be following the refit but I find it fills up pretty quickly now at the peak periods. They have tried to shoe-horn more seats into it to take advantage but it's starting to look cramped.

I'm travelling out of the international now for my job (as opposed to Krakow earlier for hols) and i have to say i'm embracing the £3 for the security fast path.

Avoiding the queues means extra time in bed. I can arrive at the airport @ 06:30 and be through security and have grabbed a paper and bottle of water for the gate opening @ 06:40.

Just on that security fast track MG, can anyone tell me who can get through there? The information on the City Airport website FAQ's is shocking, it says you cant purchase fast track security, the only way to get it is to buy a fast track car park place. Then on another page it says Flybe Economy Plus tickets, BMI Diamond members, Star Alliance Gold cards yada yada yada are all allowed through as well.
I'm travelling BA business to London soon, can anyone tell me does that get me through the fast lane?

Yes it gets you through the fast lane, along with half the world. On early flights it's sometimes quicker to go through the normal side

    Oops hadnt spotted your question.

As answered already, that will get you through as far as i know.

City Airport is hateful for security though. I've seen me turn up and the queue be back across the entrance hall an over to the door.

Almost as hateful as their parking prices

Agree with this. Early morning fast track at city is rather pointless. I've nearly missed several flights to London tied up in "fast track".

Its a horrible set up they have in the city airport. I needed to allow 30 mins on a Monday morning just to get through security. Thats 30 mins earlier i had to get up just because they cant get their act together and have a decent setup.
