Instructions needed for Boiler Timer-Randall

Now its getting cold...I need to set the timer for my heating....its a new house (to me) and I don't have the instructions...the timer is a Randall 102E and looks quite old.

I don't suppose anyone knows where I can get the instructions from...I don't want to set it and have it on all day while I am out
