Virgin Media has anyone else been ripped off.

When I joined VM i had to pay 1 month in advance and have paid each month since. My last payment was at the end of January £59 my broadband and phone was cut off on 9/02/2017. I was advised that I would receive a refund. However I was only refunded £4 I have complained several times all they say is that the amount is correct. I have also asked for a breakdown of the bill but they will not provide one.

I read on their forum that several customers that have left did not receive packaging to send back the old redundant equipment. I also have not received any packaging or prepaid envelopes.

Am I being charge for their old equipment ? Or have I missed something ? Did not expect a full £59 refund but should have received more than £4.

Any one have any advice?

But on what date did you give your month's notice?
The bill for not returning equipment varies from £40 to £150, depending on the item.
