How do I get my money back for a flat Deposit?

I presume they have been there for at least 7 or 13 months then if he said he was leaving in April seeing as tenancies are for a year or so, maybe with a 6 month break clause.
Has he/they paid anything back to you so far during that time?
What was the repayment plan (asked before)?
I don't think anyone can answer your question until we have these facts.
He told me he would pay it back the following month, but I did not demand it later as he was staying with her, so I let him sleep on it as my sister was with him.
The Tenancy was for 6 month.0 -
You could try, but without a written agreement there is no way of knowing which way the judge will rule without more information.
But then what? There's more money and hassle involved in enforcing the judgment, and we don't know that the debtor can even afford to pay back the money.0 -
Not paid anything

The Tenancy was for 6 month.
Offline now until tonight so hopefully someone else can advise - but unfortunately it looks like you'll have to either keep chasing, or write it off.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
