AGE UK Amazon Voucher for Car Insurance Policy

Dear All,
First time post but thought it would be of use to post on here my experience regarding a promotion advertised through the MSE email in January 2017 for an Amazon Voucher against an Age UK Car Insurance Policy.
I clicked through via the MSE Cheap Car Insurance page in January this year, 2017, to take advantage of the £55 Amazon Voucher offer promoted by AGE UK for my Car Insurance Renewal - got a great quote and excellent payment terms - no issues. As I have had issues with these promotions in the past I took a screenshot of the landing page with the date and then waited the 90 days.
90 days come and go - no sign of the voucher. I then call the insurance company - nothing to do with us sir, please contact our marketing fulfillment company as they handle the vouchers.
Call the company and they answer the phone as if they are part of the insurance company - Age UK vouchers - so I duly give my details, Policy No etc and have to say a not very convincing response - our account handlers will look at this and will get back to you in 7 days.
7 days later - no response - call up again - still no sign of the voucher despite my offer of sending them the screenshot of the landing page etc - still with account handlers and will have to wait another 7 days...and then they hang up on me!
Back to AGE UK - explain the situation - sorry sir but this is nothing to do with us. I explain that as an AGE UK customer I am paying them and not this fulfillment company. Call handler goes off and has a word with his team leader and they say that they will follow this up with the fulfillment company.
If anyone else has experienced this type of issue, I'd welcome any advice plus I'll post an update on any progress.

Who are the marketing affiliate company? Is it Quidco, Top Cashback or is it Moneysaving Expert?0

Hi Dacouch, to be honest no idea as they appear to have assigned tel numbers to different customers, the prefix is, from memory, 01565 - which I'm sure is a Cheshire area code, thanks, Mac0

Hi,
The voucher/gift card can take up to 120 days for it to be posted (so it should've arrived about now).
As it appears it has not arrived yet, can you please email: affiliateenquiries@ageuk.org.uk with your:
- Policy number
- Policy Start date
- Policyholders name
so this can be looked into.

Hi Tony, update from me is that I've had a couple of emails (with an apology) but no voucher as of yet as it would (paraphrasing) disrupt the fulfillment process for me to be dealt with me separately and that I should wait until the 9th of June and if I don't have anything by then I can either contact them again or make use of the official complaints procedure.
