Afternoon All,
Quick question please. My daughter who is 5 years old receives middle rate care DLA. Her aware comes to an end in November this year. I've not yet heard anything about what happens when her award runs out, do we fill out another application as we did when we first claimed? Will they send a letter before it runs out with instructions?

Yes you will and yes they should, if you don't here by september I would contact them, the reason for this happening at the age of 5 is that she may THATS may qualify for the mobility part of DLA now.
