Car parking partnership parking fine... 2 years later!

Hi all,
So in August 2015 and September 2015 I got 5 parking charges at the hospital where I worked. I was advised by colleagues and forums to ignore them and eventually after some pretty scary looking letters they left me alone.
Anyway today, almost 2 years later I have received 5 letters from car parking partnership demanding I pay £50 So a total of £250 or they may take further action with county court.
It states that if I wish to contact car parking partnership then to do so within 14 days, funny thing is, there is no way to contact them!
What should I do? I do not have £250 laying around. I simply cannot afford it. I followed everyone's advice but worried again now! Do I just continue to ignore?
Thanks,
Gemma

you may ask why a dormant company - car parking partnership stated to the taxman that they were dormant and not trading at the time of your tickets

Once you've been in Ignore mode then you need to stay in that mode ... UNLESS you receive an actual Letter Before Court letter or an actual court claim. (I reckon CPP are simply on a fishing trip to hook "frightened Guppys").0

the link wont work the docci is "07 Sep 2016 Accounts for a dormant company made up to 31 December 2015"
clearly shows they were dormant with no turnover , one might vask the BPA if they were actually registered as an ata at that time , theyare/were owned by crapita at that time , and possably used PE to get data , I also wonder about the contact with the hospital , as no income (sale / rent of signs) is shown for the period you mentionSave a Rachael

Hi,
The exact same has happened to me. I was about to pay but thought I'd snoop around to see whether I should really pay the fine.
My fine is from 08 December 2015, and after receiving numerous letters, they stopped. I have ignored all communications but this letter states that they are making a county court claim.
Is there any way I can dispute this and get the fine dropped?
Thanks,

Yes, but only if confirmed by a judge following your defence and appearance in the small claims court (see NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2) or by the landowner, so contact them and ask them to intervene to get this cancelled. Is there any way I can dispute this and get the fine dropped?
After reading the above, if you need further advice, please start a new thread of your own. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
