    That's a sweeping generalisation. It depends very much on what type of property you are buying and who is your target tenant.

    No let's not consider the pesky details of what kind of property to invest in, who to let to, rental yield, or any of those other important factors in deciding whether BTL is the right investment vehicle or not.

    I bet a lot of people who got into BTL at the peak didn`t consider much of this either......?
