they have all of my detail incorrect on this letter the address is spelt wrong my name.
What do I do.
It is for a parking fine that was accrued some time ago - the parking was paid for via internet but there is a discrepancy of 20 mins or something. While i was getting connected to wifi at work. the company had received a payment for parking. My bank account is closed so cannot access a bank statement for that date.
Will probably have detail in email but not sure.

First thing to do is not panic.
I am not an expert on this subject but have recently been on the receiving end of the same thing. I have been given sound advice by much more experienced posters and you can read of my little experience and follow the same advice by reading my thread, search CCBC Letter on this forum.
Also read the Newbies sticky that comes up when you search for the parking forum.
I'm sure someone with more experience will further advise you shortly.0 -
Same as all cases, if the 'letter' is a claim form 'N1' (and not a notice of default judgment sent to people daft enough to ignore a claim form):

Show us your draft defence once you've read the sticky advice thread for Newbies.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
