What scanner are you using and what scanning software?
Looks like it is a networked scanner?
Also looks like you are scanning very large files? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Maybe reduce the size and then convert to pdf? Not sure how you are doing that part.
Also I have a canon and it has it's own are that it saves to. Suggest when you have scanned you go as if to edit the picture, then when you save the "edit" you can then tell it where to save.
Probably a good idea to give your scans a specific name so you can then search for them?
Good luck, sorry I cant help more, just thought I would ask some pertinent questions to help other people in their quest to help you. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
In this context, "scanning" is using an optical scanner to turn a paper document into an image file? Rather than scanning for viruses / malware?
You are then attempting to send the scanned document by email?552 5.3.4 message size limit exceeded at MAIL FROM
552 means storage allocation exceeded. (ref RFC821)
5.3.4 means message to big (ref RFC3463)
So, you're trying to email them too much data.
So, my guess is that the file created when you scanned the paper document is too big for the bank's email system to cope with. Talk to the bank about what their message size limit is, and look into image manipulation software to reduce the file size of the image (for example, make it monochrome, reduce the number of pixels, use a compressed format etc) until it reaches that limit.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
The simplest way to reduce the file size is to reduce the scanning resolution. It's probable that the scan is 600 dpi (dots per inch) ... 300 dpi should be more than enough for a normal document and will halve the file size.0
