Price for Block Paving

Hi, we are currently in the process of block paving our driveway. We have already dug out the base and filled with hardcore and cemented the outer black bricks into place.
How long should it take 3 builders to fill in the area with standard rectangle block paving (45 degree herringbone)?The area is 60 square meters with 3 manholes to fill and one side 6 metre long curve and a step to fill.
Been quoted £1500 labour only, is this good? Thanks.
