Bought By Many Pet Insurance

Has anyone had dealings with Bought By Many pet insurance? I'm considering using them for my two cats but would like some feedback please.

I used them for my dog this year on the recommendation of a friend. they deal with several companies. My policy is through Morethan.

I'm looking at Bought By Many for a multi-cat lifetime policy but there's precious little feedback on t'internet. They tell me that they no longer underwrite with MoreThan - useful for me as my local specialist is no on the MoreThan approved list.

I took out a Bought by Many policy for my new spaniel. cheaper premium. Cautiously as the reviews were lacking (other than on their own site!)
So the policy I have gives 7k of veterinary cover for the year and you can claim for whatever up to that amount.
Some months later my dog cut his face and needed staples. The bill came to just over £75. I claimed as the policy has zero excess. The money was promptly paid back into my bank account so happy with that as previous dog insurer Petplan would have charged that as excess.
So far so good!! Next test will be to see if the premium skyrockets after a claim. If it does - I'll just move elsewhere. Dog is only 5.
They've delivered on their promises so far though - and I speak as I find. Well done to them
