Not sure whether I am in the best place for this query?
I think my emails were hacked recently which meant that Windows Live mail asked for my log in. I cannot remember the password so my emails were locked. I can still access through Virgin, however.
In my wisdom I decided to restart Windows afresh. Unfortunately, Live Maill is now defunct and only existing clients were allowed to continue using it.
No worries, I thought, I will register for Gmail. Now I can't import my old emails or even use my current email address with Gmail until I obtain my old password. I have tried all the old passwords I can find and am now losing the fight.
Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks

Thanks for quick reply, angry parcel.
Yes I thought that myself. I looked at outlook and it doesn't seem to have much content. However I am still stuck without that original password!0 -
