Land registry form AP1

Hi
Don't know if anyone can help me with this: I need to complete the transfer of a jointly owned property into my sole name as part of a divorce settlement.
I have TR1 signed by both parties but am now struggling with AR1. Should I be the applicant or does it have to be my ex who is transferring their share of the house to me?
Thanks

You are applying to register the property in your name.
Therefore you complete the AP1, and either take or send it to the LR along with ID1 and TR1.
This assumes there is no mortgage involved.0
