If you applied through the MSE-specific link and comply with all the incentive Ts & Cs (http://www.tsb.co.uk/cashback-money-supermarket-termsandconditions.pdf) then you'll get the payment, but it only happens further downstream after you've completed an account switch, etc, you don't just get it for opening an account....0

I clicked on the MSE link yesterday afternoon because I will switch for the £130. I pressed the pop up to say allow cookies, went through the application, it said it will do a check and then said I was eligible for an overdraft but I declined. It then asked for a user name and password and then click continue. It then said "wait to be approved we will be in touch - no need to do anything etc." How can i ensure that if approved that the switch option will appear and how this is linked so that the £130 incentive gets recognised because the switch details were not given at the time of application. I'm assuming that because the application was filled in using the MSE link, that triggers the £130 to be applied once account is open succesfully? It seems a bit strange. I thought maybe because it was done on a Sunday it wasn't instant that the account was opened, but there's no point switching if the account is approved but then isn't linked to the application through MSE when completing the switch details for the £130 switching bonus, and I still haven't heard anything regarding the account today so far.0

When your TSB account is open, in your internet banking you will find an option to 'switch your account' to the new account. So you just follow the process to set up the switch. Then, 28 days after the switch actually takes place, and if you have fulfilled all of the requirements meanwhile, your bonus will be paid. If not, call them to check - in my case something 'hadn't entered the spreadsheet' but was then rectified and bonus paid within the hour. How can i ensure that if approved that the switch option will appear and how this is linked so that the £130 incentive gets recognised because the switch details were not given at the time of application.Evolution, not revolution0 -
I did this on Saturday, the last page came up with a link to switch. I clicked that link and enter d old bank details to instigate a switch. I haven't got my details to go on to Internet banking to Instigate a switch and in any event I have done it. now I'm confused with what edicky said. All my views are just that and do not constitute legal advice in any way, shape or form.£2.00 savers club - £20.00 saved and banked (got a £2.00 pig and not counted the rest)Joined Store Cupboard Challenge]0

You were approved immediately, whereas KUH69 was not, so that's presumably why no invitation to switch was presented right away as in your case. You were ready to switch and initiated it, so should be no problem. I did the previous switch bonus offer earlier this year, which required the switch to take place by a certain date (not immediately) - I assume this one is similar.jazzyjustlaw wrote: »I did this on Saturday, the last page came up with a link to switch.
