Hi all
Has anyone had experience of claiming against this company.? I bought a timeshare in 2001 with a loan funded by GE Money. CLC sold me PPI but GE Money will not settle a claim as they state the PPI was sold by CLC. I have their address in Spain but just wondered if anyone else had been here before.

PPI complaints go agasint the seller, not the provider, so your provider was CLC, it was unregulated, so you've got a nearly zero chance of getting any money back in the UK.
