    I bet if you hung yourself from one of the trusses you would not notice it bend, easy 50kg + each. your boards adding less than 10kg

    I did a double-take too, but he did say "hung", not "hanged". ;)

    Furts - I stuck with the P5 moisture resistant chipboard in the end, the garage is pretty dry (part of the garage makeover is ripping out the old poorly fitted metal framed windows and fitting some new uPVC windows) so I'm not too concerned about moisture damage. If I'm wrong in a few years time, replacing them will not be the end of the world.
