Parking Eye appeal

I had parking charge from Parking Eye made an appeal on 21.05 and still haven't heard anything from them. How long they got to sort this out? There's no information on their website

Have you read he Sticky thread for NEWBIES? This answers most questions about parking scammers and how to beat them.
They are supposed to acknowledge receipt of the appeal within 14 days and provide an answer within 35. Since they are scammers they don't always follow their trade association's code of practice.
How did you appeal? Was it as driver or keeper? Hopefully it was the latter.
If you appealed as keeper, what was the date of the alleged event and the date the keeper received the NTK.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

How quick do you expect them to be? You sent it on 21/05 (yesterday - Sunday) and today its Monday 22/05 - and you still haven't heard. Dreadful state of affairs.I had parking charge from Parking Eye made an appeal on 21.05 and still haven't heard anything from them.

Is this a joke or a typo, and you meant you appealed in April? They don't ''sort things out'' but they are allowed a month or so to respond.
What happened when you complained to the landowner to get it cancelled quickly? As anyone would?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
