Hi there. Do planning permission conditions expire at some point after the building has been built?
So for example, a garage built with full planning permission 20 years ago. Would any conditions still apply now? E.g., can't be sold separately to the main dwelling?
I have searched on line and can't find anything. Thanks!

Unless stated otherwise they run in perpetuity, you would need to apply to have the condition removed/varied which the LA may or may not permit.0
