Hi all,

Ive forgotten my PIN, so I logged into my Lloyds account and went to "Order replacement card/PIN". The screen says "... Please note: If you are ordering a PIN only it will need to be ‘Activated’ using your existing card at a UK/British Isles cash machine before being used."

Does this mean Ill need to order a new card too!? I cant log into the cash machine because Ive forgotten the PIN of my card, so how can I activate the new PIN?

Thanks

all it will means is you have to use your existing card to activate pin
so put your card in machine once you get pin and it will activate new pin

You just put the card in the machine and it should ask you to confirm the new pin number

    I...what?

It tells you exactly what you're asking.

You ask for a new PIN, you will get one that you then activate by putting your existing (So not a new one) card into an ATM, and using that PIN. Otherwise it wont work for purchases until you do.

What part isn't clear. Nowhere does it mention a new card being sent.

Any reason you couldn't ring your ACTUAL BANK and just ask them?
