I'm needing some travel insurance for my family holiday to mexico , I got a ridiculous priced policy through thomson (axa policy) which was rolled into the price of the holiday , I soon realised it was well over priced and cancelled within the cooling off period , I've now had an online quote from insure2go via my costco membership , it seems to good to be true at almost 75% less than axa , can anyone advise if they have used them or indeed claimed ?
Thanks in advance .

e.g. how much for repatriation etc?
And the excess?
Does AXA cover something that Insure2go doesn't?
Something that you may think necessary to be insured for?0 -
Seriously? We believe this firm has been providing financial services or products in the UK without our authorisation. Find out why to be especially wary of dealing with this unauthorised firm and how to protect yourself from scammers.

Are you sure you don't mean Insurance2go? Insure2go doesn't exist anymore, they were dissolved years ago.

Amidst the confusion, perhaps the OP could come back and clarify exactly who this insurance provider is.
I'd also suggest he reads this:

We've just renewed our worldwide annual policy.
We didn't actually go with the cheapest as we compared what each provider covered up to on various elements (including the excess) and chose the policy that suited us best.0 -
I think the OP may mean InsureandGo. I've used them previously and needed to claim. They were quick to gather all the necessary paperwork etc and sorted out the claim within a few weeks of my return from holiday.0

I'm gonna hold my hands up and apologise , I've been a total berk and not got the name right as a few suspected , God know's how I got it so wrong
It's actually "direct2insure"
Once again I hold my hands up , sorry .
These are their contact details - traveladder.co.uk travel insurance is a trading style of Brokersure Ltd.
They are being recommended by costco so must be quite a big outfit I would imagine ?0 -

Over 70 years old or with medical conditions?
Either way, use the comparison website and possibly consider an annual family policy.0
