Boiler and Heating Cover

My mother is in her 90s and has British Gas Homecare 2 for years. Her renewal has gone up to £334.62 from £302.17 (which already seemed steep). Can anyone recommend any other providers who provide similar cover. She needs an annual service on the boiler (which is about 6 years old) and emergency cover (the radiators are all very old.) I had a look and found some but you had to pay an excess for call out and she doesn't want to do that.

Check her home insurance, she may already be paying for home emergency cover including heating system in the premium.
