Disneyland & Universal studios - California

Best prices I have so far are
Disneyland (Anaheim) $73 per adult and $63 per child
Universal Studios Hollywood all guests $47

For a family of 5 this is a lot of money so putting the test to the MSE forum to see if we can do it cheaper.

Firstly should I buy these before I go or when I get there?

Is there somewhere I can buy cheap tickets online?

I have seen some sellers on ebay.com with discount vouchers which I may go for if nobody can come up with anything else. I just can't imagine that there isn't somebody on here who knows the best deals!

when we went last year we got a special ticket that was for 5 parks over 6 days.... a city pass or something. we did:
    Sea world (san diego)
    San diego zoo
Disney (3 days...DL and California adventure)
not sure what the other one was...it may have been 4 parks over 5 days (ndon't have to be consecutive days)
Cost $177 bargain! We had a fabulous time too!

HI, thanks we're doing California not Florida
the 5 park pass doesn't include Universal (we only have time for 2 so really want to do Disney and Universal)

Try Seligo and Keith Prowse they both offer tickets for the California Parks. I think most of the other sites listed in the Florida thread only do Florida but they might be worth a look too.

search holidaytruths.co.uk and all the links in the florida theme park thread should also have deals on for the other parks.
Try searching google for discount vouchers for that area.
Also try ticket agents in teh area and e-mail them I got a very good deal in florida doing that better than any of the web sites.
1 last thing ask about yearly pass's might sound daft but sometimes they can work out cheaper
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel
