Hi all
I've got a ford money account, and although my credentials are fine (used them before) their system keeps telling me :
--
The information you supplied is incorrect. If you’ve forgotten your password click the Forgot your password button. If you cannot remember your Customer ID then you will need to call us on 0345 266 1231 as we do not allow this to be reset online for security reasons.

There's nothing wrong with my Customer ID and password.
I'd thought I'd see if anyone else had the same issue before calling them tomorrow.
Thank you.

I know what you mean, I was pleased when I spotted your thread
I even tried the 'forgot password' option, but I'm getting an error
Please enter both your Customer ID and Email Address.
Obviously I am entering them!
Their phone lines may be busy tomorrow.0 -

That's what I did, and that's when I thought it's got to be "them" and not me!
I'll try and call them later. If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)0 -
Try a different browser. I've had this problem before with the Newcastle platform (which Ford uses) with another bank, with some browsers it's tempremental.0

I'm using a Mac - Tried Safari and Firefox. On a Mobile, used Safari and Firefox.
It's not a browser issue -- It appears to be them.
Before the current issue, Safari didn't have any issues. (for me)If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)0 -
A Microsoft Update proudly announced they improved Edge, with some demos that show off the new features. Previously I could log in to my (not FORD) bank account, now it just does the whirly thing after I type in the password and stuff. Other browsers still work.
I reported it to the bank, and they came back with , we don't support EDGE. :rotfl:0 -
I've opened my account last night. Just got the email with customer number and logged on very easily with no problems at all. Site seems to be working fineSave 12K in 2020. Number 130
