Anyone know the cheapest Ferry to get to either Bilbao or Santander around half term week in October please?

P&O operate Portsmouth-Bilbao and Brittany Ferries operate Plymouth-Santander. P&O are usually the cheapest, but it depends on where you live. Try www.aferry.to to compare prices.

I would say you need to shop around to get the best price. Sometimes the ferry companies have the best prices, sometimes the online agents do. Choose a small selection of online booking sites and compare them. You may be very surprised with what you find!
I have compared the operator's prices with agent's prices many times and have found some agents can charge many tens of pounds more for exactly the same ticket.
When you find a good price don't think about it too long because you can guarantee the price will go up when you do.
